guys i don't appreciate all these porn stocks being bought. i know it's alright by the rules but i still think there should be a certain ethic in the game that we should all adhere too if we want to keep this a clean game. i mean, in real life, that would be like buying the stocks to a brothel or something to that effect. i dont want any hate comments after this, i just wanted to get my opinion out there.

I guess I'll be the first to say that porn sites are just part of the game. If you don't like it, you can stop playing this FREE online game.

While I have no problem with porn....I understand where ArSeNaL is coming from....if you get a chance to check your shares while at work it can be awkward if there are a lot of nasty names glaring from your screen.
Porn seems to have become part of the game though. It would be fun to play a season where no porn was allowed. Just for the challenge. It would make it a lot harder for some peeps.

If someone created a private group, where would been given T-shirt for the top10 players; playing under rules, i would bet that most the players would enjoy that group and play by rules.
Anyway as Rockcrawler304 said this is a free game without rules, so enjoy it...

I buy porn sites, lots of them. So what? They make money. I don't need to look at the sites or even know what they're about, I just look at the graphs and try to predict if I'll make a profit. That's what the game is about.

That is the main idea for me. I buy very little porn but some times look for it to get a quick boost. I am usually too late so I stick to what I know.

To Blues point, it can be hard to check from a work computer if you are buying porn sites. That is the real main reason I stopped. I didn't want to lose a job over a free game that I was buying porn sites in with fake money!! LOL

You have to ask yourself "Should I be playing this game at work?" in the first place.

Oh come on everyone gets a lunch break and checks their facebook or email. I don't know anyone who doesn't do it do you? But if you are working at a school "exploited teen sex .com " is not something you want seen on your screen. LOL
I don't mind the porn sites I have bought them. I just said it has changed the game somewhat. I don't remember there being so much porn a couple years ago maybe there was and I just didn't notice.
STILL it would be a fun challenge to play a season without it. Also at one time I wanted to use this game in a school lesson plan but couldn't because of the porn.

Only top level domains can be bought and sold in this game, and all subdomains count towards the statistics of the top level domain. As for the related sites listing, I'm pretty sure that information is provided by Alexa.

Yes, I have my own forum though it has nothing to do with urladex at all. I did have a link to my home page from my account here on urladex but have now removed it. I suppose the spammer got to my forum via my profile link :(
