The trick is to sell sites when they rise, not fall.

I think it's to not buy sites that are about to fall...

Its both, watch the sites, actually put them in your watch list and look at their pattern also see when other people have bought shares and when they sold them. Many of the same sites will rise on the same days of the week so everyone tries to buy them when they are low on that day.

I'm I central Ontario in cottage country. Life is nice simple and slower here. Lots better than when I was in Toronto. That city is going down the tubes....

I was in Toronto for a month a couple years ago and I loved it but I love big cities. :)
